"Apartment was filthy, food under the table. Had to sweep floor on arrival. No hot water for showers, was luke warm at very best! Staff wasn’t overly helpful, one of the worse apartments I ever stayed at! Reception hours stated that it closes at 5pm yet when I rang I was told 4pm shut and had to check in online and wasn’t helpful. Will never stay here again"

"Very small balcony with a large tree encroaching on it. Pool didn’t have a hand rail to support elderly or disabled people to get in or out. Fire alarm went off twice in one day. Rooms were clean but doors were in need of repair. "
