Pleasant stay. Clean room, good size, and great location to the main plaza, palace, and restaurants.

The location is five stars The inability to get check in codes before the exact check in time was inconvenient The apartment was nicely appointed, could do with a kettle as one of the hot plates didn’t work. The three flights of stairs was not fun with heavy luggage, which I unfortunately missed in the rental listing details I did find early check in at 10€ per hour a bit rich, that said our apartment wasn’t ready until 3pm anyway A nice stay but not a fabulous one

This was my second visit and I highly recommend it. The women who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, showing you points of interest on the map. The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. The location is super convenient.

Staff was good. Room would have been better with a view. Otherwise it is good.

A close distance to the University Belt of Madrid. Several dining options nearby & a few steps from the Metro station.
