Rooms are clean, staff wasn’t really helpful and friendly. When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room

Check in took awhile. They were a couple of ladies behind the counter but only one was helping so it took longer than necessary. Parking was very complicated to find so by the time we got to park and come back to go to our room there were a bunch of people (about 50)that had checked in and waiting for the elevator. They were blocking the door to the stairs so we couldn't even get in to get up to our 1st floor room. Remote for the TV did not work. Carpeting can be updated. One good thing is the shower.

Room exactly like in the pictures, meaning shower has a glass door that opens to the room, consider this if traveling with friends. Looks very modern, and clean, quiet juvenile concept, quiet, right in front of a tram station which is convenient. Unfortunately our experience was not quiet great, we stayed 5 nights, from day 1 we reported that bed frame was broken, nothing was done, not only that, even thought the staff seemed friendly they were not taking anything seriously. There was no fridge in the room, according with the staff is only for student rooms, so when we enquired for ice, first we were told we could get it anytime by calling, then the gentleman in the reception asked us to pick it up ourselves from the restaurant, so we had to do so every day. Cleaning was not daily, and when done, just towels folded and garbage removed, the rest seemed undone. Very few hangers. The working spaces or so called can be used with a fee, so not really for nomad work as advertised. And the tables set up at the lobby were around all the gaming tables so not suitable for working either - meetings and so on. The laundry is a great feature that must be book in advance. As a frequent traveler, and openly accepting that standards might vary from country to country, I can say staff was ok but not helpful. At checkout, they asked if everything was OK to which I said NO, rather than asking simple took the keys. Would recommend for hotel om a budget, stopover, and more like younger vibe.
