Ideally located near the beaches, it also has a heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September. Imagine being able to cool off under the sun, sunbathe all day or even reading with your feet in the water, a real pleasure!

In addition, this house has a large garden with a terrace of 100 square meters, perfect for breakfasts in the open air or to enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunset.



This house welcomes you with a lounge area accessible by stairs, including a large sofa, a library and a fireplace (which is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped. You will find: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils needed to cook good meals. Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a bathroom. A pull-out bed is also available if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a shower room. A washing machine is also available, as well as a parking space.

You will also have access to the large garden, with its furniture, barbecue and, of course, to the pool.
