"Clean, well-appointed pet-friendly stay! Very relaxing and comfortable! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some nice meals. The hosts definitely have an eye for detail. Great location, too - we went on a nice beach walk with the dogs at Mears State park nearby. "

"This review is for the house next door…1house closer to the lake -not this house. Due to a glitch in booking we were asked to stay in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath house next door. I can’t remember the booking title but I’m sure you could contact the hostess and ask about it if you need bigger accommodations.Location is key here! So close to Lk. Mi, the State park, a cute park on the channel, easy walk to town. The big covered porch is great for people watching and relaxing. The street there is busy but you don’t notice it inside. Nice large living room, dining and kitchen. Nice having 2 bathrooms even though they are small. The hostess was very quick to respond to my questions and ready to make accommodations since I entered the wrong year on my reservation! The instructions for parking confused me but once there it was perfectly clear-there are 3 houses grouped together and there are 3 parking spots at the back door. Super convenient!Comfy beds."

"Our family loved our stay here. The REZ was very clean and well laid out. Communication with Jim was also a breeze and he was very accommodating. Staying here made our vacation just that much better. The location is also perfect as it is very close to downtown Pentwater and only a quick drive to ludington. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"When we first arrived, the cleaning company had forgotten to clean between the last stay and ours. We reached out to Rick and he immediately got them there to clean and bought us dinner that night! The house was wonderful, the firepit was lovely, and the location was perfect to travel to multiple parks and beaches! I cannot recommend this property enough!!"

"Nice home, newly remodeled kitchen and main floor bath. Good location, in a quiet residential area, short walk to downtown and beach. Very comfortable, well stocked with everything a family of four needed. The host, Nicki, was super responsive, and got back to us almost immediately anytime we contacted her. Strongly recommend, we had a great week."

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The cottage was just as described and worked great for us. I loved how many windows there were and the nice ceiling fans. Since we were up the hill the breeze was really lovely. The living room and deck were the perfect places for us to hang together. We were amazed by how few bugs found us up on the deck! Rob was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to questions. The people we met on the beach loved to talk about their love for the area. So fun to meet such nice people! The beach is the best we’ve been to so far on the Lake, and Pentwater is a fun town to explore. You can walk to the main drag with shops and restaurants easily on the beach. My son was a big fan of AJs mini golf and go carts down the street. And we loved being close to Silver Lake dunes and Ludington. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us Rob!"
