This charming 2 Bedroom | 2 Bath waterfront condo sleeps 8 and is nestled on the 2nd floor of the classic Needle Rush Point Condominiums in beautiful Perdido Key, FL. This condo sits on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs to enter the door.

On the riverside of the property, you’ll find a sparkling waterfront pool with jaw-dropping river views, tennis courts for a friendly match or two, and plenty of boat slips (first come, first served—don’t forget to register your boat before you arrive!). There’s even a peaceful boardwalk leading to an observation deck—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset melt into the water.

Craving some beach time? Just stroll across the street to your own private 730-foot stretch of sugar-white sand. No crowds, just pure coastal bliss. There’s a beachside pool, a short boardwalk to the sand, and wide-open green spaces to picnic, play, or simply soak up the sun.

With a laid-back, retreat-like vibe and just a short walk to the famous Flora-Bama, this sun-soaked escape is your ticket to total relaxation. Come stay where the river meets the sea and good vibes roll in with the tide!

-Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $10 per day and $50 a week.

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. Boat Parking Registration must be made prior to arriving so the HOA can process the registration forms. Decals: $30/day for boat/trailer parking, $200/week, or $500 for monthly boat/trailer parking. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.

Lovely spacious condo, super clean, many kitchen accessories, great coffee maker, on bay side of the road, comfortable sofa and bed, many large TVs, friendly property manager, easy great stay! Would absolutely stay here again.
