- Wonderful location, minutes away from everything! A few blocks from Cordova Mall, and all the shopping and restaurants. Three Bedroom, Two and 1/2 Bath House with 2350 sq. ft. Whether visiting Pensacola for work or play, this house is perfect. 20 mins. from Pensacola Beach, 10 mins. from Historic Downtown Pensacola, 4 mins. to Cordova Mall or Sacred Heart Hospital, and 20 mins. from NAS. The neighborhood has the best of both worlds, as it is quiet, residential, but only a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants galore. The space is ideal for families or corporate, long-term guests.
