Families & friends love this charming newly renovated Airbnb conveniently located near downtown & Pensacola beach. Comfy king beds & 50" TV's in the main bedrooms, 65" TV & blue tooth speakers in living room, soaking tub & walkin double shower in master bath. Feel at home in our well-appointed kitchen/ coffee station & washer/dryer. Bonus room with 58" TV, Atari, and 2 full beds. Spacious deck with hot tub, gas grill & outdoor dining area. Outdoor Fire pit/ seating. Ask re on site boat parking.

Welcome to our Garden St Guest House. This newly renovated cottage has been in the Simmons family name since 1944. With its majestic oaks, wood floors and arched doorways this home is truly unique.
Enjoy the warm open spaces in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home.With a decor that is sure to please; you'll feel relaxed after a long day of sightseeing.

Our goal is to provide our guests with a 5 star experience. We strive to answer any questions you may have as quickly as possible. As locals we are close enough to offer timely assistance and additional insight into this incredible area.
To keep our Airbnb maintained we do have lawn maintenance and other scheduled maintenance. We'll do our best to notify you ahead of time. Most of this will be exterior to avoid disrupting your stay. We value your privacy.

Mix of residential and commercial property on Garden st. Located 1.6 Miles from Palofox st. the heart of downtown Pensacola. Approximately 9.6 Miles from beautiful Pensacola Beach, 2 miles to the civic center and 1.7 Miles to Maritime Park.

Garden street provides our guests easy access to food, entertainment, and sightseeing. There's Ample Parking for our guests in the driveway and one spot on the street that's marked. Limited to 3 vehicles. Ask about our availability for boat or RV parking.
