  • This downtown cottage is less than one mile from the heart of downtown Pensacola in the historic Belmont-DeVilliers district. It has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. It has recently been completely remodeled with many custom features. The kitchen is accented with walnut through from the stove hood, bar stools, doors and furniture. It is also equipped for cooking at home. Both bathrooms feature tiled showers.
