Enjoy your morning coffee out on your furnished patio, take a quick stroll out to the white sand beach, and then return home for even more fun in the sun at the resort's swimming pool, pool spa, and shared grilling and picnic area. This vacation rental also features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area perfect for shared meals or family game nights!

Check out the sugary white sand beaches of Perdido Key for shelling, snorkeling, swimming, and much more! For a fun evening out, you can stroll the brick roads of downtown Pensacola for some of the best options for shopping, dining, and entertainment, just about 20 miles from your front door. If it's family fun and excitement that you crave, the area offers plenty of roller coasters and water slides at nearby amusement parks. And nature lovers will also have their choice of local preserves, including Perdido Key State Park, two miles west, and Big Lagoon State Park, three miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Interesting Experience

For the most part, this was a good rental. The description was accurate, we were within decent walking distance to the beach, and the condo had a nice pool with hot tub. I was a bit surprised to only have one (yes-1) fork and no spatula in the fully stocked kitchen. I reached out about this and they assured me the staff would bring additional forks (none ever arrived). Be sure to bring basic supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. When the small amounts they provided ran out they explained it was my responsibility to restock for the remainder of our stay. For the money we paid for the week, I expected a little better.

the sheets kept coming off the bed, they need to be the deep pocket ones. the patio door doesn’t stay shut unless it’s deadbolt locked. it was very nice overall and would stay here again. we felt very safe!

Breezy Spring Stay

Checking in and out of this property was so easy. The building itself is a bit older and you can tell the owners are working hard to update it. That said, the pool was great, plenty of seating, access to the beach was a quick walk, and the community was quiet and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing trip and will be back!

Properrty and unit not worth the price

The overall price for this property was too expensive for the condition of the unit itself and the condition of the whole complex. Mold by the vent areas, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, missing framing around windows with exposed metal and insulation. Construction cones and tape in several areas of property. Check in and out process wasn't sent via vrbo. I had to call and text to receive the gate code to get in the parking lot. Check out process wasn't in room like I have experienced with every other property I've booked through vrbo.

Location very close to beach access!

This location had new appliances and was very clean. Check in was easy and we had an easy walk to the beach access.

Would definitely stay here again.

Location is 5 out of 5. It’s not overcrowded at all! Being on the 4th floor we had no upstairs noise or even noise from pool area. Very quiet and family friendly and so close to so much!!! Easy parking, there is a walking/running/biking path right outside that leads to Johnson Beach state park. Beach walkway is only like 150 yards away. Florbama is about 15 minutes away. Publix and several restaurants are nearby. Condo was 4 out of 5. It’s a small 1 BR/1B but can fit 4. Beautifully upgraded kitchen and flooring. The master bed is firm but comfortable. Bunkbeds were not comfortable (need mattress toppers or something to make them softer) Inside the master closet are 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a yoga mat, ironing board and extra pillows and blankets. Large dresser and there are extra drawers under the bunk beds and master bedroom bed if needed. Kids loved the bunkbeds but said the mattresses were a bit too firm (maybe get some mattress toppers?) Issues: the master bedroom window was really dirty and had a layer of dust on the blinds and actual dirt on the window. Screen looks like someone tried to break in and the window doesn’t lock properly. The bathroom rugs were dirty (so I washed them) and the tile floor could use a good cleaning (feet were dirty after walking on it and the tub can deal with some re-caulking around floor as it’s all cracked and pulled away. The kitchen sink has very low water pressure and the sprayer seems clogged, so I would suggest getting that looked at. The condo provides you with a roll of Toilet Paper, bath towels (a little rough), washcloths, samples of shampoo, conditioner, ,lotion, hand soap, Paper Towels, a small amount of dish detergent and dishwasher powder and a sponge. All appliances are new and work great.
