A seemingly endless stretch of white sand beach is yours to enjoy at Ocean Breeze East 702, a gulf-front condo on the gorgeous shores of Perdido Key. From this seventh floor home, you'll have a private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to an outdoor pool downstairs.
This low-density building sits right on the beach in Perdido Key, with a dune walkover leading you to a quiet stretch of sand away from crowds. After a full day of swimming, sunbathing, return home to the cooling comfort of central air conditioning. Inside, the open living space features a full kitchen with a four-seater dinette and a plush living area with a cable-equipped flatscreen smart TV. WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home's modern essentials
The private, furnished balcony boasts a commanding view of the beach and the gulf - the perfect spot to bring your morning coffee, an al fresco breakfast, or a cocktail at sunset.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The HOA is beginning construction on the balconies Dec 1 through late February. There will be noise and no balcony access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
