This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high speed internet throughout.

Bedrooms: The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 7 people. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. There is a full bath /shower in the hallway for easy guest access.

Kitchen and dining: The wide open kitchen has beautiful upgraded stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach. The condo is beautiful with amazing views! It was so nice to walk right out onto the beach! The pool and hot tub were also very nice and we used them every day! The check-in and check-out process was easy as could be! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic view and great location

It was a nice getaway. We always like the beach and restaurants this time of the year. The condo the was nice and clean with elevator access. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place to stay

We were 6 people and stayed very comfortably. View from the balcony was nice. Loved access to the beach chairs and umbrella, and having washer/dryer in the building. Proximity to 'Peg Legs Pete' is a plus. Property manager was super responsive to questions and actioned any requests very quickly.

Very convenient and enjoyable

It was spacious enough for our group and the views from the balcony are awesome. Very convenient with Peg Leg Pete's and the Tom Thumb across the street. The property is furnished nicely and stocked well. I would like to have had a ramp down to the beach instead of stairs for beach cart convenience, but that is really my only complaint.

This place was amazing for family and had all of the things we were looking for parking safety, pool

My daughter got married here I pensicola and it was the perfect spot to get to the place she was married and to the beach it also had a pool and a hot tub for us older folks. They had grocery carts to carry our food up to the room EtcE chairs

Nice place

It was chilly and windy, and we were relegated to the hot tub, which wasnt anywhere near hot! The kitchen is very small: definitely a one person kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and other than the power outage the last night, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall best Vrbo experience so far. It’s right on the beach, nice pool and hot tub. The parking spot is close to the elevator. There are carts for luggage and groceries.Peg Legs is across the street.

"Perfect Location"

My teenagers had the best time at this condo. Easy bike ride to boardwalk and nearby shops. Peg Leg Petes restaurant across the street and convenient store for food or anything else needed. We absolutely had a great time at this super clean cute condo with amazing pool, hot tub and steps to beach.

It’s a great place to stay with large group. Clean and has all you need to start a fun time. Location makes it easy to get to eating places and sightseeing. Beach is not overcrowded and beautiful. Having your umbrella and chairs supplied by unit is a good savings. Wonderful time.

We loved our stay here at Sans Souci! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, also had great bedrooms for our whole family. The rental chairs were an added plus and the location to the beach can’t be beat!! We’ll be back!

Unit was perfect size for family of four visiting the beach for a few days! Easy access to the beach/ pool/ hot tub. Extra towels were a perk we didn't realize we needed! Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby! Full kitchen and balcony with an amazing view.

Great long weekend in Pensacola Beach

Second visit to San Souci Condominium and first stay in Unit 708. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Pensacola Beach. The unit has updated furniture and had an incredible view of the ocean, bay and sunset. It is an end unit that was very quiet and was very comfortable. The owner had good communication and was very welcoming. We enjoyed having Peg Leg Petes and Tom Thumb within walking distance and being right on the ocean to sit and relax. Definitely would recommend this unit. Thanks for a nice stay.

Amazing beach access

Amazing beach access, we had a great time sitting in the hot tub watching the surf roll in. We had a few rainy days but we enjoyed just staying in and watching some movies on the big screen TV in the living room. We couldn’t ask for a better property at a better value.
