As you step into the cabin, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting open concept living room and kitchen, the perfect space for cozy gatherings. The great room features beautiful architecture with a cathedral ceiling and a propane fireplace, a comfortable (reclining) living room set, a coffee table, and a 72 inch smart TV. The main floor also features a dining table and a large bar, making it the perfect place for movie nights or meals together. The game room has a pool table, a sectional sofa and coffee table, a 52 inch smart TV, a dart board and a bar, making it the perfect spot for game or movie nights with your group!

The outdoor space offers so much fun and relaxation! The pool area features a heated sports pool and a 7 person hot tub. The pool will be heated from May 1st to October 1st. The hot tub is available year round and offers the perfect spot to relax and soak your cares away! The pool area also includes a large propane grill, a picnic table with an umbrella, a propane firepit with surrounded seating, and pool loungers. String lights provide a romantic ambience in the evening to compliment the beauty and serenity of the setting.

The large wrap around porch offers lots of comfortable seating and a wooden checkerboard game. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and enjoy the babbling of the brook and the sound of the birds and other wildlife.

Wakefield Run runs through the property below the cabin and contains native trout, creating lots of fun opportunities for children and adults alike! Bring your fishing poles, catch minnows, splash on a hot summer day, or simply lounge and listen to the peaceful sound of the water. Beside the run there's a large yard to set up outdoor games, with lots of spaces ideal to hang hammocks or set up tents. The large pavilion set in the yard beside the run features a built in fireplace, string lights and picnic table, with an adjoining area featuring a fire pit with additional seating. The perfect spot for a fun evening, or to host a birthday party or other small event!

The property joins PA state game lands #113 with miles of hiking trails and hunting opportunities.
