"Honestly, the biggest issue is they didn’t respond to any messages online. Also, the cleaning lady complained to us about leaving the room after their cleaning time but actually we had been gone for hours and had just come back to change. The room was really small but the bathroom big and with great water pressure. "

"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."
