"In town for the Rush concert on 9/17. In town a little early and they had a room ready for us. They also accommodated our parking being in early and stayed a little late on Friday to visit the Rock & Roll Hall, very nice of them. Check in was smooth, our room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the Rocket Arena (or Progressive Field if in for a Guardians game). Didn't use the bar or AM breakfast so can't comment on those. I would stay again if my activities were in this local, no problems at all."

"I would have given a perfect star BUT the receptionist was not very welcoming. Gave me room key cards that not working. And she was choosing to give an attitude than being helpful. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but when I saw how she treated the American gentleman at the reception, gave me an impression that it was just me. I am Asian by the way. I didn’t get her name but the guy the next day was the total opposite of her. If she didn’t want to be in her job, she should look for another. When you’re in the Hospitality industry, you can’t act like that. You need to be friendly and happy."

"The large pool and weekend bar where nice continental breakfast was really good all 3 days beds where super comfortable had kureg and fridge in room was convenient a microwave would of been nice but overall great experience all the staff was friendly and on point with needs and info"

"Nice option for the price. Close to Hwy to get to downtown Cleveland. Few restaurants within walking distance if necessary. Could use a few upgrades but generally just fine."
