"This is an unbelievable place. We have stayed in lots of different places across the world but you would do well to find a more relaxing, beautiful and unique place. The breakfasts were lovely, overlooking the valley. We loved the pool area too. The accomodation itself was spacious and had everything you needed. "We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. We waren met een gezin van 4 en met drie slaapkamers had iedereen een prima plek. Bedden waren goed en comfortabel. Verder een ruim huis met grote keuken en aparte woonkamer. Mooie locatie die je het terras op trekt om het dal te bekijken. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons welkom en kregen nog heerlijke kersen van de host. Al met al helemaal goed."

"My family and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Delfim Douro Hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed with high-end linens. Every one room with a cute balcony. The front desk representative went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options to start the day with a good mood. Dining at our hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff was attentive and kind. The elegant atmosphere provided the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. The location of the Hotel is unbeatable. Wonderful viewing the beauty of Nature we were admiring from the terrace and balcony. The way the colors blend into each other is spectacular; it looks like a painting. We had an unforgettable experience and will absolutely be staying here again."

"We had the most amazing stay at the villa. It looks amazing in the pictures but is even more beautiful in reality. The villa had everything you needed including a fully stocked kitchen of appliances and all towels and bedding. It was extremely clean and well maintained.We absolutely loved the villa and the way it was set out. Cooking meals was sociable as everyone could be involved. The pool was amazing and well kept and our boys loved the football grassed area. We spent most of our holiday at the villa as we didn’t have any reason to go anywhere but we did venture out for a couple of day trips and there is lots to do around the area but you will need a vehicle to get around. The villa is in a very peaceful area which was so relaxing and just what we had hoped for. The owners were lovely and ensured we found our way to the villa as it was dark by the time we left the airport. They showed us around the villa when we arrived and ensured we were fully settled in and knew how to work the air conditioning and lighting before they left. Aurestina was so helpful and gave us advice around the area as well as being very responsive to any questions by messaging throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and would really love to go back some time in the future. A great place to enjoy with family and friends in a large group."
