"Liebe Leute vermeidet diese Unterkunft, zahlt lieber 20€ mehr die Nacht und holt euch etwas gescheites. Winzige dreckige Zimmer die nach Alkohol, Zigaretten und anderen Sachen riechen.. sieht eher aus wie ein Stundenmotel für kriminelle. War alleine in der Unterkunft und hatte Angst und habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt. So etwas derartiges habe ich nie erlebt, es gleicht einer Gefängniszelle. Aus Fehlern lernt man: lieber zahle ich etwas mehr, als in einem versifften Zimmer zu übernachten.....

"The hotel is new so its extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable, bedding and towels clean no stains. Our room was very big with everything we needed.
The breakfast buffet is really good lots of choices of fresh veg, cheeses and breads. You can request eggs cooked for you and there's a smaller section of cooked food. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Check in and out was quick and efficient.
Our only complaint is the 2 statues in the entrance lobby they are very obscene and offensive, especially in a Muslim country.
The underground car parking is difficult to get in and out as the slope is very narrow especially on the bends requiring several back/ forward turns to avoid damages to your car on the walls!! If another car was exiting or entering it would be extremely difficult!! Once in the underground car park plenty of spaces and 2 clean lifts to reception.
OVERALL WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN."
"When we arrived late at night we were told we didn't have a reservation. This was untrue and I showed the porter my reservation on my phone. After a long time we finely got a room but we needed to pay cash. I had already paid but I finally got that money back. Although our room looked clean it stank of cigarette smoke. So bad we had to keep the window open just to be able to breathe. I would not use this property again. "
"The hotel is brand new, clean and the staff are helpful. It is very close to the main train line that connects the area to Istanhul centre. Unfortunately, the area is not the best in terms of cleanless and safety, but neither of these is the hotel's fault."
