"room was not clean.. had hair on the counter by the coffee pot. butt crack print on the toliet seat. floor had spots of dirt you can see. i called down to the desk and the guy was very helpful brought up another room key. talked to the manager lisa in the morning and she made it right. the cleaning crew really did not shine in my experience this time."
