"Only complaint is to quit it with the pillows! Thought the pillows were small & square. Sometime during the night, my friend after getting annoyed with the pillows & not being able to get comfortable, found out they expanded when pulled apart out of frustration, were like a normal pillow! At least let the guests know about your fancy way of making a bed!"

"The property itself looks good, and the breakfast was enjoyable, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the bathroom in our room smelled terrible. Since we checked in late at night, we only noticed the issue the next morning. During checkout, I informed the staff about it, but their response was disappointing. They mentioned they were already aware that a few rooms had this issue, yet showed no concern or apology. What was even more frustrating was knowing that the hotel was already aware of the problem, but still assigned those rooms to guests. A little honesty, concern, or effort to address the issue would have made a big difference. The lack of professionalism and concern from the staff was the most disappointing part of the stay."

"So the only good part was that it was pet friendly. Maybe a little too pet friendly given that there were at least 12 feral cats in the parking lot. I immediately came into my room and was quickly greeted by the “eccentric room neighbors” to say it politely mind you it was 11:00pm at night when we checked in and raining. They were trying to offer their “services”. Ok I regrettably continue on with my night and see the filthiest hotel room. No blanket on the bed, grease marks on all the counters and a thick layer of grime on the floor. I take a blanket and pillow out of my car and lay down on the questionably clean sheets for a unrestful night. I wake up to the loud chatter of other hotel guests and cats fighting in the parking lot. I go to shower and there is NO hot water. At this point I call it a loss and leave. Thank god I didn’t see bugs or I would have just left. Please find another hotel or be prepared for the most regrettable night of your life; second to senior prom."
