"This is our second stay and the staff is still amazing. The room was good as last trip. Had to use the pull out couch. It was squeaky and not overly comfortable, but this was expected as most pull outs are this way. Our only extreme disappointment was the closure of the pool at 5pm for the restaurant opening, as they use the deck. We had no idea this would happen and always look forward to pool time after a long day of exploring. For some families, this isn’t a big deal. For us it is."
