"Great stay "

"Yes the room was in good condition. Our last night there, the hot water tap broke. We were very disappointed with the TV service. There were very few channels available. The staff was friendly. We were checking out on February 16 & it was about 8:30 in the morning. The office was closed so I was unable to get a printed receipt. "

"Staffs were accommodating with requests. Kitchen server (couple) were both pleasant in assisting guests. Old but cleanliness was superb. Housekeepers are doing amazing job!"

"Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable. "
