There is also a bathroom and a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer and 2 separated toilet.

The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short breaks).

Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven and microwave, induction hob, washing machine and trumble dryer. Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster. Television. WIFI. Rented with 1 parking space in the residence.

Sanitary: 1 shower room (Italian) and one bathroom with bath and 2 toilets separated.

You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
