Lovely, beautiful garden, lake, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room—such a beautiful place! I really loved it. The room service and customer service were perfect.
Just make sure next time to book directly with the hotel to ensure breakfast is included. For me, it is such a lovely place, but it was a bit disappointing that breakfast wasn't included this time.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Paramus, but I did not have time to try the spa. The restaurant on the 9th floor was good as well as the breakfast. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. I could not access Facebook or Instagram.
