"The staff member who checked us in for our one night staff was extremely kind and helpful! Prior to checking in, my boyfriend and I were standing outside enjoying the view. The staff member approached us and asked if we wanted our picture taken. I wish we caught her name, but we greatly appreciate her going above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! If we’re ever in the area again we would stay there again."

"We drove 5 hours for a weekend trip for a concert in Austin. I upgraded to the romance package. Had my wife open the door to the room..nothing. No roses. No champagne. No chocolate covered strawberries. I felt like an idiot. "

"Only problem was that there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to come down to the lobby to heat up any food. Other than that, great place to stay! Very comfortable. "

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."
