「The hotel staff were excellent from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always attentive and happy to help with anything we required. Our room was first class and both our room and the hotel and grounds generally were spotlessly clean and well maintained. 「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「Magnificent view, peaceful and extremely friendly staff from reception to breakfast roo to cleaners everyone greet you with biggest smile.. Lovely family dog Aki keeps you a nice company only if u wish.. Room itself needs some serious upgrade I also recommend adding a kettle and mini fridge other than that really enjoyed our stay and difinately will comeback 」
