There is a somewhat narrow time window when staff are present to receive you, between 2:30 pm and 7 pm, unless you make specific arrangements with them. "Unbelievable experience and stay. We stayed in Room 16 overlooking the city center. It was perfect to people watch. I had read previous reviews on the breakfast being disappointing. Nothing further from the truth. Everything is homemade and if you want eggs and bacon they cook it to order. Not to mention the view. Highly recommended staying. Only downside is the parking but not there fault."
