「Our king suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options available. We’ve stayed there many times in recent years. Safe environment and close to the freeway with lots of restaurants around the area. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, too!! Main complaint are two things. 1. The AC/Heating unit in 204 needs some serious work. It smells very musty and like someone had actually urinated right in the vents where the air blows out!!!!! My guess, filters haven’t...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, it’s dirty, gym doesn’t have any Ac, saw multiple roaches, breakfast was absolutely disgusting, toilet was stopped up when we got there and other guests had the same issue, shower ran out of hot water and was going in and out of water pressure, I asked to change rooms and they said they property was fully booked although there were only a few cars in the lot, so the only...

「No AC in fitness center, dirty bathroom, hair dryer would not work, no stopper in sink, no ice machines working, curtains broken in room, TV missing in fitness room and other one did not work, several workout machines needing repair and no towels」

「The room was dirty, the bed sheets smelled like the wernt cleaned like BO, the pillows were too stiff, there was trash and key cards left by the coffee maker and sun glasses from the previous guest on the floor and the tolet paper roll was left empty. You can tell the cleaning person didnt care at all, no fucs given. Otherwise I did like the property and the breakfast was good but they seemed like they needed to have more coffee pots for the morning rush so guest are not waiting.」

「No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave. 」

「El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable.」
