Enjoy your stay on the gigantic sectional couch while watching friends and family compete in ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts. Turn on a the 65” flatscreen and catch your favorite teams game that day/night. Complete with two living spaces, there’s also room to escape the game room if you’re more into a relaxing evening while reading a book or watching a movie. Walking distance to the MS braves stadium, surrounded by numerous dining options, and next door to a premier shopping outlet. Just 8 miles away from the Brandon amphitheater if you’re in town for a show.

We had a great stay at Josh’s property. We were in town visiting relatives, and the place was everything we needed. The house was clean, check in and parking couldn’t have been more convenient, and the location gave us access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. 10/10

Great Home w/ Gameroom
Home is very clean and spacious. Garage is built out as a game room - we had a blast playing shuffle board and ping pong w/ the 13 yr old boys each night! Dart board as well. Beds are VERY comfortable. TV was user friendly. Backyard is HUGE. Location is prime. Easy access to the freeway and very close to restaurants and other things to do. We were visiting daughter at Belhaven and it was easy to go back and forth to. Highly recommend for your stay.

Comfortable place to stay
The house is in an older neighborhood but the inside has been updated. Nice and Clean and well decorated. The Living room furniture is nice (clean and very comfortable). The kitchen had everything that we needed. It is a 1 and 1/2 bath. However, the 1/2 bath could use a blind on the window. We didn't use it much due to this. The shower had great water pressure. We had no issues with hot water either. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved them so much, I even asked what mattresses they were. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the game room, but looks like it would be a great place to relax and have fun with family/friends. I would stay here again.

Great place to land during soccer tourney
House was very clean, comfortable, and we had a blast in the game room. My kids loved playing ping pong - lots of family fun. Very close to outlet mall. We will stay here the next time we have an event in the area.

Wonderful Host
This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the outlet mall and a variety of restaurants. This was our first experience with VRBO. Josh was a great host and communicated with us and answered all of our questions. He even recommended places to visit and restaurants.
