Welcome to Peachland, located centrally in wine country. Stay at a peaceful 4 bedroom lakeside home with your own private hot tub, pool, and boat mooring buoy. Enjoy wine tours with pickup from home, swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the water. Embrace breathtaking lake and mountain views. Engage in year-round activities including golf, beaches, hiking, cycling, and skiing and snowboarding. Experience the ultimate lakefront escape in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. The property is fully licensed and adheres to all Short Term Rental regulations. District of Peachland (Registration #5506) and BC Provincial Short Term Rental Registry (Registration #H206716597).

Enjoy stunning Okanagan Lake and mountain views from this lakeside retreat at the quiet end of Beach Avenue. Centrally located in the Okanagan Valley, we're near three world-class ski hills (Big White & Apex: ~1 hour, Silver Star: ~90 minutes) and the heart of wine country. Hainle Vineyards Estate Winery is just 1.8 km away, with over a dozen more VQA wineries within a 15-minute drive. Hiking, beaches, shopping, and other attractions are also nearby.

Any significant violations of the house rules may unfortunately lead to Airbnb enforcement action, including fines or possible cancellation of your reservation.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM and are Strictly enforced especially in all outdoor areas: hot tub, patios, fire pit, etc
- Hot tub closed between 10 PM and 7 AM
- Pool closed between dusk and 7 AM
- Under no circumstances are glass items allowed outside or in the hot tub area. Acrylic glassware is provided in lower cabinet opposite sliding patio door
- NO PARTIES or large gatherings (absolutely no bachelor/bachelorette parties). No large party speakers, small personal sized ones are fine
- No unauthorized guests past 10 PM. Rates are occupancy based. There will be an Airbnb enforced fee for any unauthorized guests who stay past 10PM or overnight.
- 8 guests maximum; this includes all infants and children.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or drug use permitted
-Patio umbrellas must be fully closed and secured when windy, overnight, and if away from the property. If you would like instruction on how to properly open/close and operate the umbrellas, I am happy to show you. Replacement cost of each umbrella is $1200
- Each room has a temperature sensor. It is a small white cube. Do not move or tamper. This will effect the heating and cooling system
-All windows and doors must be closed if the air conditioning is running
- Coloured towels are for the hot tub and beach
- Black facecloths for removing makeup

* Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will result in a deduction from the security deposit.* (Beach towel charge $40)

- All dishes cleaned or placed in the dishwasher and turned on
- Suite left tidy upon departure
- All garbage and recycling removed and disposed of in provided bins
-Close all windows and doors
Failure to meet these conditions may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $500. Any property damage will also lead to Airbnb enforced fines. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
