Charming, newly built Villa Patrick is situated in a city of Pazin, and offers a quiet, peaceful environment in the heart of Istria. The villa is completely fenced and provides full privacy.



You can try zip line, Pazinčica stream where you can also go for a swim in a hot summer days, many churches, nature parks etc.



The villa has capacity for 8 person with 4 ensuite bedrooms and additional bathroom in the ground floor. The entire villa has floor heating and each room is airconditioned to make your stay as comfortable as possible any time of the year.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and is connected to the living room where you can relax by the fireplace, overlooking the terrace with private swimming pool.



Outdoor area of the villa also provides playground with trampoline and slide for the children, while the adults can enjoy their time preparing meals on the fireplace by the pool.



All guests of the villa will get a welcome package upon arrival, to make your stay in this villa even more pleasant.



A maximum of 8 people + 2 additional people can stay in the villa, but with an extra charge of €50 per person throughout the year.
