This excellent and modern pool house is located in the middle of the countryside. In a hilly position and in the small village of Buici, not far from Pazin, you will enjoy a beautiful nature. You will live in the middle of aromatic woods and beautiful pastures. In the stone house a lot of attention is paid to tradition, at the same time the interior is chic and equipped with contemporary furniture and appliances. External staircases connect the three units of the house, one is distributed between the first floor and the second floor, the other two have rooms only on the first floor. The large living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed between the first floor and the 1st floor. Children in the first place will be pleased with these additional facilities: swing, slide, sandbox and PlayStation2. And slightly older guests have the opportunity to relieve stress with billiards, darts and table tennis. The active vacationers can explore the area on cycling and hiking trails. Visit the wine routes or visiting farms nearby and taste local specialties.

Ein sehr schönes schnuckeliges Haus.

Ein sehr schönes schnuckeliges Haus. Schöne und idyllisch Lage zwischen Pinien- und Eichenbäume. Gemütliche Einrichtung mit sehr bequemen Betten. Einziger Nachteil, man braucht immer das Auto. Supermarkt oder Restaurants sind zu Fuss nicht erreichbar weil das Haus etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg liegt. Dafür hat man eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne.

Nettes Haus mit großem Grundstück und toller Lage. Drei separate Wohnbereiche, aber auch ein großer Wohn--Essraum für 12 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und angemessen, auch wenn sie hier und da etwas „in die Jahre“ gekommen ist. Der Pool wird mindestens alle zwei bis drei Tage durch den Vermieter gereinigt.Durch die Lage auf einem Hügel hat man einen guten Blick auf den Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei ist fußläufig entfernt (dazu aber besser einen kleinen Umweg nehmen und nicht die Hauptstraße). Größe Einkäufe können in Pazin erledigt werden (7 km, dort gibt es einen LIDL und einen gut ausgestatteten kroatischen Supermarkt).Gut zu wissen: nachts laufen für ca. zwei bis drei Stunden Rasensprenger. Die Pumpe ist im Nebenhaus leider gut zu hören. Der Vermieter kann die Zeit, wann die Sprenger laufen, aber anders einstellen. Früher heißt aber auch, dass man nicht mehr gut auf der Terrasse sitzen kann.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen für 14 Tage dort.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen für 14 Tage dort. Das Haus verfügt über 6 bequeme Doppelbetten und 5 Badezimmer, was bei so vielen Personen sehr praktisch ist. Man kann morgens auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken mit Blick auf den Pool. Ein kleiner Shop zum Brötchen holen ist 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider hat man ca. ab 18 Uhr kaum noch Sonne, da diese hinterm Haus verschwindet, wir hätten gerne abends noch länger die Sonne genossen. Das Grundstück ist groß, es ist nicht eingezäunt, es ist sehr ruhig.
