「The hotel is in the center of the town accessible to all that you could want. The building is new and the rooms are very clean and look exactly like the photos. Staff is very courteous and helpful. No restaurant but the staff is kind enough to get the food delivered to the room from a nearby hotel.
Overall a fantastic option in Manantavaady.」
「We paid and booked on Hotels.com. We reached the resort in the evening- after driving fro 4 hours with family., We were shocked to find the Resort CLOSED. NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional.」
