About this property

Little house with pool 4 people

  • Rural cottage (the Ardèche caverns) totally new 50 m² fully independent with a garden of about 400 m² and a terrace of 25 m² South-West, quiet in the countryside, located in the heart of southern Ardèche on the heights of Les Vans (medical station, pharmacies, supermarkets ...).
    The studio is close to tourist sites: Chauvet cave, Vallon Pont d'Arc, caves: Cocalière, Orgnac aven, ... and picturesque villages in the area (Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume )

    New 2019: Swimming pool 9x4m under construction, available early May 2019.

    - Living room with kitchen (oven combined microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning ...)
    - 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 bunk beds
    - Bathroom composed of a walk-in shower, washing machine, and a WC
