With 2 large gathering areas, one dining room area indoors and another outside on the deck, and a generously-sized island kitchen, it is the perfect retreat for one or even two families with kiddos sharing the bunk bedroom.

The home features a bunk bed bedroom with 4 bunks and an additional 5th usually stored in the closet, and a gaming console table in front of the 75" TV in the living room. It provides ample space for children to play both indoors and outdoors.

Indulge in relaxation by soaking in the master garden tub built for 2 indoors or unwinding in the hot tub Jacuzzi located on the deck just outside on the extra large private deck. Enjoy the convenience of grilling or even smoking meat for dinner on the outdoor deck or venture to the nearby fun and delicious restaurants in the close by charming town of Christopher Creek for a delightful dining experience.

Whether you prefer to luxuriate in your private hot tub on deck or engage in social gatherings (you have the option to join others at the main fire pit located in front of the smaller individual cabins on the opposite side of the property). Embrace the tranquility and seclusion offered by this remarkable home and property while appreciating the company of loved ones.

The deck on this beautiful property offers a breathtaking view of the Mogollon Rim as well as the surrounding meadows. There is so much nature here!! Dozens of hiking trails! Amazing fishing spots all over the place in the 7 lakes and 5 nearby streams! The spectacular and famous “260” trailhead is just 6 minutes away and dozens of other hiking trails even closer along Colcord Road. Woods Canyon Lake is just a few miles away with kayaks, pontoon boats and other toys for rent. It and other nearby lakes and streams also offer abundant hiking, kayaking, boating, trout & other fishing, ATV riding, mountain biking, bird watching and more. Close by Christopher Creek also has amazing fishing and hiking.

Neighborhood restaurants provide live outdoor music, dancing, pool tables, and delicious meals.

The house accommodates up to 9 guests with 7 total beds (5 are single bunks).
Pets are warmly welcome with an additional flat fee we pay to housekeeping. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds. If housekeepers cannot remove the pet smell and or hair after two cycles of washing sheets and or comforters, or if there’s any pet nail tears in the bedding, we purchase replacements out of your deposit. $85 per comforter and $55 per sheet set.
