「Terrible experience for my 40th birthday after 12 of us having travelled all the way from Australia. Contacted hotel management by email and through Expedia and no response. Cannot understand other reviews we just must have visited at the wrong time. Virginia can respond and try and blame it on us, but we have travelled extensively and never experienced such poor behaviour/service.」

「A beautiful, calm property. A perfect base to explore this beautiful island. Ideally need a car to get to and from Lakka as hill is quite steep but that’s a small price to pay to stay in what feels like a rural beauty. Feels very Provençal / Tuscan. The staff were EXCELLENT.
