Privacy in the hills one hour from NYC and minutes to Breakneck Mtn.
The home was spacious and clean. There are three beds and a large couch we used as sleeping arrangements to sleep 4. Outside space was magnificent.

Great location and access to kayaks, etc. It wasn't super clean, but manageable.
