This place was excellent in nearly every way except the lighting in the kitchen was awful. It was too dark to even be able to read the small print directions on products that I needed directions for, and just for the general duties that you do in a kitchen. Very frustrating. Also, the top cover on the bed of the master bedroom was dirty - the edge had lipstick stains and other dirt stains. Otherwise, I can recommend this place, but do beware. If you hate working in a dark kitchen like I do, this place (kitchen) is not for you.

Located right across from the pool and we’ll equipped with everything we needed. Very clean with lovely and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened porch in the mornings and listening to the birds chirp.

This place is ideal for our family getaway. We will use it again because of its convenience to everything. The pass to the state park was used everyday and the pool was just steps outside our front door. Thank you for a run relaxing weekend.

This was a great location and wonderful place to stay while on our vacation. Plenty of space for our family of 4, close to everything and very clean. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out! We hope to return next year!

In a nutshell, the place smelled, everything smelled old and unused. Dust in every corner. There was hair over the sheets when we opened up the bed, including pubic hair. AC worked well but there was no humidity control and the place was so damp that it stunk. Screened in porch looked like no one had been in it in years. You didn't feel like you wanted to sit there. Decor is cheap, cheezy, and really outdated. TVs were good, one in living room and one in every bedroom... at least that. Came with Netflix and cable, which was nice. The only two things that we liked with this condo was the TVs and that the kids can sleep in their own rooms while we can all hang out together in the living room. At a hotel, we would need to get two separate rooms to get that separation and sleep well, which is double the room price. But the hotel would give you a nice breakfast, which this does not. If the place was clean, it would have been awesome.

This was our first time at this particular property but a few years ago we stayed in a neighboring property also through Tide life. We love this vacation spot. We usually don't revisit the same place twice but Pawleys Island is such a beautiful place and enjoyable stay- and the property was perfect for us. It worked great for 4 adults and 2 kids, especially because one of the pools is just a few steps from your front door. The property is beautiful and just a short drive to the beach. We also love Huntington Beach State Park just a short drive down the highway. It has a beautiful beach, Atalaya Castle and interesting classes to learn about the wildlife and ecosystem of the ocean and marsh. We definitely hope to visit again.
