Friendly and helpful staff Clean and comfortable room Excellent location near the Chateau, restaurants and shops. Limited parking outside but excellent parking 3 minute walk away costing 3 euros per day and free on Sunday. 15 minute walk from the railway station and 5 minutes by taxi.

À la réception vous avez une odeur de remonter d’égout Arrivé dans la chambre moquette vieille tacher propreté très très limite Je suis pourtant persuadé qu’en 1980 il avait ses quatre étoiles aujourd’hui un bon deux étoiles Ne vaut pas du tout le prix annoncé

Excellent position in the centre near the Chateau. Comfortable and clean room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in a convenient location
Excellent location; we could walk everywhere. Our room was memorable with furniture that appeared to date from the 19th century. Very evocative of an earlier era but with all the expected modern conveniences.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great location and very comfortable. Good value for money.

Hotel d'un autre temps. Ont peut-être des chambres rénovées mais avons été quelques clients rencontrés au P dej qui avait une chambre des années 80 dans son jus.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Excellent value for money and perfect location close to the chateau, restaurants and shopping. Parking for 3Euros per day within two minute walk. Highly recommend.

Pas un 4*, 2 grand max!
Pas de store qui a été remplacé par un pauvre rideau qui cache rien. Jolie vue sur un mur et une courette sale avec toutes les vmc. Chambre à peine nettoyée, il y avait des cheveux sur les WC et les murs de la douche, la serviette du précèdent était toujours sur l'étendoir. Un froid de canard, il n'y a qu'un seul chauffage avec réglage de la puissance, même pas un thermostat (donc pas de clim, en été n'y pensez même pas). Les draps étaient tachés.. je n'ai pas voulu m'attarder pour savoir si elles etaient propres ou non. Lit 2x90 même pas attachés entre eux, donc si vous êtes solo, attention à ne pas glisser !!

El hotel está correcto, tiene en la calle algunas plazas reservadas de parking gratuitas, que si tienes suerte de cogerlas es un gran servicio. Hay parking público cerca. El personal muy amable y el hotel resulta tranquilo, Necesita actualizar los servicios.

Accom was centrally located. I walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in close vicinity. Room was clean and spacious. Bed could do with a topper but was comfortable

Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Public parking nearby costing only 3 euros for 24 hours. Pau station only 15 minutes walk.

Comfortable, clean and perfectly located. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Good optional breakfast for 11 Euros. Centrally located with plenty of places to eat all amenities and sights within a 10 minute walk. Good traditional French hotel. Highly recommend.

Beau séjour dans un très bel établissement.
Très bel établissement, très confortable, très calme et très bien situé. Le confort est à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Chambre individuelle certes un peu étroite mais largement suffisante pour une personne seule. Un séjour très agréable. Pour la bonne information des lecteurs de cet avis, la chambre était en promotion à un tarif préférentiel mais la qualité de l'établissement vaut le prix normal des nuitées.

Hôtel tout juste confortable, mobilier désuet, salle de bain ancienne, chambre sombre. Pas de climatisation, il a fait chaud. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner correct :les œufs sont cuits durs uniquement. Je ne donnerai pas 4 étoiles à cet hôtel
