Villa for 6 people with a beautiful ocean view

Air-conditioned cottage, very close to the sea, with a panoramic view, ideal for 4–6 people. The house is spread over two levels. The front courtyard/terrace is accessed via an outdoor staircase (7 steps). The terrace, with its panoramic view of the sea, is shaded by an electrically retractable awning. The first room is the entryway-living room, which opens directly onto the outdoors. From the living room, you can access a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. From the living area (mezzanine level), a convenient staircase leads down to the lower level, where you’ll find a spacious hallway and two bedrooms with twin beds that can easily be converted into double beds. A third room (with tall windows that do not open to the outside) has two additional beds. On the same level is the second bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms opens onto an outdoor courtyard with a staircase leading to another courtyard at the rear. The house has mosquito screens on all windows and air conditioning (one split unit in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms).
