「The gated entry made me feel really safe and the designated parking spot gave me peace of mind that my rental car will be safe as well. The unit is spacious and comfortable and very well designed! Dereck was an excellent host and easy to reach and responded to my requests very quickly. Loved how affordable this was especially with the gym and pool amenities. I will definitely be back!!」

「My mother and I stayed in this luxurious home for a graduation in Cypress and everything was perfect!!! The Host left us breakfast and a few items to make our first morning grand and comfortable! The home is decorated so beautifully, it has excellent WiFi, and all the little extras that go above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again ! Thanks so much Chris for an excellent stay!! 」

「Apartment is very nice and very clean. There were a couple of issues that were out of the orders control. They were very responsive and helpful. I believe this is a new listing. There were couple of small things that could be improved on. (eg: availability of necessities like towels, trash bags, etc.) But overall a very nice stay that I would visit again. 」

「We enjoyed our comfortable stay at this chic little apartment. Beautiful area around the pool. If you plan to use the pool and fitness facilities, be sure to check for the key fob when you arrive. The host will bring you one of the previous guest misplaced it. As I stated before, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this apartment again when we return to the area. 「The first problem was that the WIFI didn't actually connect to the Internet. This might have been ok if we actually were able to get the host to respond to this when we reached out to them on email, voicemail, text messaging, and regular cell calls over 3 days. We never did have Internet for the entire 3 days.」

「The check-in process was simple and the property manager provided very detailed instructions. Arriving to a basket of treats with a sweet note with our name on it just added the perfect touch! The property was immaculate and cozy, with neat appliances I enjoyed with my kids, such as a SodaStream! Even the bedding smelled amazing!! The pool area was gorgeous and not crowded at all.
