Bedroom is modernly, fashionably, and colorful decorated, artistically and beautifully, and peacefully designed, neatly and cleanly house kept, orderly and perfectly arranged, and spotlessly and shiny floor.
Bed is exceptionally made up. Comforter and bedsheet are spanking new, whitening clean, and wrinkle- free. 4 soft and comfy pillows are world class and special complementary. Mattress is feather-liked made.
Customer service staffs conducted their duties and responsibilities ( body language, hands gestures and line of communication) in a very respectful, professional, mindful , polite, courteous, generous, delightful cheerful, and situational awareness manner at all times. I do highly appreciated it.
For gym goers, gym lovers, and living a healthy lifestyle, cardiovascular machines and workout equipment/ machines are suffice.

Have a bit of unpleasant and unexpectedly “ free breakfast ~ breakfast included “ issue with a property staff. I booked my room through EXPEDIA” and paid for breakfasts as well. Nonetheless, on the property’s documentation based on their own system print out. It didn’t reflect a breakfast was included with my stay, despite I paid for it with my room when I booked my stay with Expedia. At the end, we came to an agreement, thorough I felt customer’s information from Expedia should suffice and legitimate, and undoubtedly, the property’s ongoing problem/huge headache shouldn’t have brought up / explained to me. I am as a customer, doesn’t whatsoever required to know about the property’s hectic and unpredictable own operating system.
The ultimate and critical point of getting to is
the property staff shouldn’t never and ever at any points in time told ( I took it as blamed / doubtful/ accused ) customer about your own system problem. I recommend the property should resolve and fix it problematical operating reservation system so we are all on the same page and happily and delightfully stay at Nano Place.
