"Good value for your money…. BUT my hotel room was barely cleaned. Did not offer any complementary concessions for my extreme inconvenience. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. Also NOTE:: hotel is very old in need of an extreme makeover "

"The house was great! Although it may have been mentioned that it would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The house was comfortable and clean and well stocked. My only issue with this house was all the extra documents the owner required. I’ve rented from VRBO for decades and it has always been a super easy process. This owner needed a lot of extra paperwork, proof, and signatures. I guess thats not a big deal if you know how to ‘scan, copy, paste, and download’, but I’m a dinosaur and it was very difficult for me There’s always been a level of trust with renting from VRBO and that wasn’t the case with this renter. I also accidentally rented the same house twice and was charged twice ( for the same dates), and she would not refund my money; so i paid DOUBLE for the time i was there. To be fair, I think this house would be a great place for most people, it just didn’t work for me. "

"Great property! Lots of space to spread out and beds were super comfortable. Amenities like condiments, coffee, and games were appreciated. There were tons of blankets and pillows and the shower was good. There is a very steep driveway but it levels at the top by the house. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"The house is very impressive & for our purposes it worked as we had a family function & needed to sleep a lot of people. It was my dad’s 88th birthday so we had a dinner for 25 people. The main level is very spacious with double islands in the kitchen & two separate living rooms with huge TV’s. I sent the list below to the host as frequent renters to which he was not positively responsive. *Backyard a mess *Pool & hot tub green & unsightly should be covered or clean * Had to purchase paper towels *No Bath mats *Not enough silverware for 12 people *Coffee maker unclean & falling apart *Back glass doors dirty *Dishwasher should be emptied *No Wine glasses or wine key *No Instruction book with WiFi & close out information *limited cleaning products Despite these things we had a good time & enjoyed the house. Peter was responsive while we were staying. My biggest issue was the backyard. It is winter so cover the pool & hot tub! "

"Perfect for families and little ones (only small sets of stairs). Main living area is one level so great for looking after two toddlers. Also loved the bidet in the master bathroom. Great safe neighborhood for long walks too."
