Room was spotless. Having the parking garage and entrance was very nice. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Breakfast was enjoyable but limited the same happens with the restaurant and is not opened all the time considering it is in the hotel. Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude. It is 5 minutes to the airport and if you have a rental to keep it in a secure place be ready to pay 20 euros per day. There is free parking but is very limited.

Great stay in the middle of Como and Milano making accessible to both cities, with a great breakfast buffet to start your day, plenty of parking available, staff and hotel it self were super clean and friendly. Highly recommended
