9.2/10 Wonderful! (388 reviews)
The staff was very friendly. You see their office every time you enter or exit the hotel, and they were always nice and waved. We used the complimentary coffee machine one time, and the cappuccino it made was okay, but convenient. The room itself was large and modern. It was very clean.

8.6/10 Excellent! (337 reviews)
Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend.

"Super clean room and bedding. Wonderful staff. Stayed four nights and felt like part of their family. Breakfast was great, fresh, healthy and many choices. Location cannot be better for us, early walk to train station, ferry stations. Beach is just two blocks down. We loved this location and hotel ..."

"Every single one of the staff is top level and goes way above and beyond to make you feel special! The service and food quality in their dinner venue is so amazing that I expect they will soon have a Michelin star! The hotel views and cliffside pool are key Amalfi vibes!"
