Had a lovely one night stay before travelling to Zaragoza really nice staff would definitely stay again

very average compared to the price you pay. on site restaurant closed during hours listed “open” due to short staff.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was great at the first days. All of a sudden, they decided to change a lot of buffet items to ala carte, but they didn't have enough staff to do so. So that sucked cause it would take so much time and they would say we are out of 1-2 items. That was a big negative point. I have never experienced this at any hotel before. For the rooms, room service was just ok. Cause they would question you for everything. One time we requested water, because the room service had forgotten to place the complementary water, but the person picking up the calls would tell us since you got your daily cleaning you have to pay for the water and the delivery fee!! Hotel is nice but servicd is average. Location, far from activities. Best part was the large spacious room with kichenette whichi is great if you have kids.

Excellentand attentive staff, spotless rooms, fantastic location! If I could, I'd give it 10 ⭐!
