Ensuite bathroom a little small, but who cannot cope with that. The location excellent. Staff were great, considering the flood they had to deal with. The cobblestone road outside our window was noisy, but hotel supplied good earplugs. Would definitely book again.

Great old Hotel with wonderful breakfast.. Location is phenomenal -right in the old town..Steps away from Irish pub and other places..Staff is great and very friendly..Lady at the front dask-Federike- very kind and helpful. Only problem is Parking..There is almost No parking on the property..Only 5 park spaces and its extra 15 euro per night..I got an ticket 55 euros for parking on the street in the back of the property.. Other than that great 10 days stay

Location of the hotel is within the old town across the Danube River. Shops were closed because it was a holiday & Christmas markets were already done. It is a good stay for a 1 night pre river cruise. Opened the windows to have some cool air in our room. No AC but it has heater.

Nice Stop in a Medieval Fairyland Town.

We arranged to stay the night before our river cruise. The Wolf Passau is located right next to the Danube in the old town. This medieval town with its twisting cobbled streets is so charming. Many shops and cafes line the streets and plazas. The hotel itself has been in its current configuration since 1700s but the room was modern with everything needed for a short stay. Staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. While there is an elevator some access is restricted by stairs. There is a delicious buffet breakfast offered with both American and German options and a small bar from which you can take your drinks up to the rooftop terrace for a lovely pre-dinner get together.

We were greeted warmly and given clear directions to the various spots in the hotel. The reception desk was especially helpful in securing information and a cab when we needed it. I loved our room on the 5 th floor overlooking the river and the beautiful accommodations. Lovely and spacious.
