"We were a group of 2 couples who stayed for 4 nights in one of the 2 bedroom apartments at Vila Minka, and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Our host Nina was in contact with us before our arrival with pertinent details, and provide a warm welcome when we finally arrived after a long drive from Split. The apartment was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, and well stocked or cooking our own meals. The hotel location was great for doing day trips to Lake Bled and the Postojna Caves, and close enough to the Ljubljana old town to walk, and a short Uber ride. The is also a large grocery store nearby. The housekeeper was a gem (sorry can’t remember her name), and was always offering to assist us. If you are staying in Ljubljana, I would highly recommend the Aparthotel Vila Minka. A huge thank you also to Nina for all of her tour advice, and for letting us use her phone when we had serious issues with our rental car. "

"The cabins are great - very fun to stay in and warm and comfortable. The common areas of the hostel could be improved - there are a lot of rooms sharing one tiny kitchen and a very small number of showers. The laundry area is one machine. But the place was always clean and there is plenty of seating. Location is fantastic, easy walk to the attractions of the city and a safe and vibrant area."

"We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana. "
