The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. "The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi.
