「Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. 」

「Mi nombre no estaba registrado en la recepción , el guardia de turno poco colaborador , hasta que llegó otro guardia del edificio y nos ayudó. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación.」

「Great view and access to laundry. What a perfect place with great value and a wonderful and friendly cleaning staff. 」

「The communication between the owner and myself was amazing! The amenities that were included really made my stay even better. Best part, security guard is always in the lobby and are friendly! The location of this apartment is great. It is nearby restaurants and Supermax. Need to add we were able to see a live concert from the roof top. The scenery from the apartment was beautiful.」
