"Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend. "

Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. "Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"The hotel was ok, receptionist was nice and attentive. Breakfast was pretty limited in terms of options but good enough to fuel up before skiing. Decent wi-fi in the room and the cafe area. Supermarket is right next door. Our room had a broken light bulb but no one cared to fix it. The hotel itself is not ski-in/ski-out, there's good 5-7 minutes up the road till you reach the closest lift. "

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame.
